Product developed for presence control, position and orientation of clips in wiring. The presence control is developed by a test system. Clip block is mechanic with manual release through operator’s intervention or pneumatic release in the test’s final stage. D-ACC - AUTOMATIC CUTTING CLAMP

The D-ACC is designed for clamping and cutting clamps in the wiring assembly lines, allowing to adapt the clamping and cutting force of the clamp through pressure regulators and pressure switches to check the air inlet pressure in the system.


  • Once the wiring is positioned, it is automatically fixed, allowing you to start the process in a safe and practical way.
  • It is possible to attach a dynamometer to calibrate the clamping force of the clamp. (Assessory)
  • According to the customer’s needs, it is possible to apply several modules in a row with just one order command.
  • Once the cable tie is fitted to the wiring harness, the waste cable tie is automatically cut and thrown away.

FlexiTable is an equipment for electrical testing of wire harnesses, with a quick modules exchange system and the possibility to test several families of wire harnesses using the same equipment. Normally the horizontal working plane it´s for electrical test and the vertical working plane it´s for the stockage modules but it may be customized according to wire harness layout requirements. The card incorporated in the module contains all the configurations and information about the module excluding the traditional racks, related cards and cables. The configurations are uploaded from the modules without reconfigurations or external interventions. FlexiTable and D-Flex modules have visual assistance with positioning instructions.

SCREWING STATION

The D-GRIP screwing station are provided with screwdrivers with torque and angle control. They are used whenever the customer needs to screw a product into their production process. Optionally, you can apply a camera to detect and confirm the presence of the accessories in the customer’s product (example: fuses).
